Hi! I'm Helen Tanner and I host The Early Hires, the podcast and newsletter for clinicians navigating startups.

After 20+ years in healthcare, I took a seat on the founding team of a fast-moving startup as its first clinician and senior leader. As a lifelong writer, I journaled to process my own experience. Turns out a lot of people want to "read" the journal.

Now it is a show where clinicians hear from the ones who did it before them and the ones doing it right now. Not the founders but the early hires.
