About The Break Room
a group of like-minded professionals leveling up their career.
☕ Welcome to The Break Room ☕
The Break Room is a private FB group where I provide training, community and coaching to people building sustainable careers doing something they love.
We will....
➝ build a safe community to collaborate, ask questions, and even vent while being open to help, care, and concern.
➝ increase our net worth on our current job or by looking for another job.
➝ increase our visibility within the organizations we work for and externally.
➝ develop a consultant level skillset and/or becoming our own boss using our skillset.
➝ network, share resources, connections, and more.
➝ continue to learn and be motivate to keep going in spite of and because of.
This group is for ☛YOU☚ and developed by ☛YOU☚. We will support, motivate, encourage, and kick each others butt if we have to.
✖ I ask you not pitch your business to members as we want to be respectful. Instead, share valuable information as a subject matter expert in your field.
About Me...
✔ I lead a team in corporate America (specifically for a Fortune 36 company) for over 20 years, and still do. My information is relevant and hands-on - not textbook.
✔ I collaborate with peer and senior leaders on a daily basis. I even developed my own business from the ground up while working full-time.
✔ I have 20+ years coaching professionals at all levels. I know what it takes to performance manage an employee. AND I know how to help you to rise above performance management if you find yourself in this situation.
✔ You name it as a leader/manager, I have done it. And, yes, I have even fired folks....or rather as one of my clients said, they fired themselves as they stopped doing the job. **sigh**
I want to teach you how to leverage your expertise to advance in your career.
So if you are a career professional who is motivated to
✰ create the career you want
✰ create the visibility you want
✰ create the income you want
You are in the right place.
Not everyone is willing to take the steps to focus on their careers. When you do what others won't, you rise above the rest!
