Here’s how to grab everything that’s included with your membership:

1. Make sure you’re logged in to your member account.

2. Go to my Shop section.

3. Find “Calm Your Cortisol Pack”.

4. Click to purchase – it should show up as $0 for members.

5. Complete the checkout (no payment needed), and you’ll get the download links delivered to you.

As I release new meditations and add-ons for this pack, I’ll put them in the shop the same way:

• Non-members will see the regular price

• You, as a member, will see $0 and can purchase/download for free

This lets you:

• Keep everything organized in your own download library
