Hi everyone! This year one of my photographs was chosen as a finalist of the Arte Laguna Prize, an international art competition. It is part of my project based on Kafka’s “The Metamorphosis”, made in an abandoned apartment in Vilnius. My installation from the same project also passed the preliminary selection. You can see my page on the competition website here: [ссылка на профиль на artelaguna.world
The exhibition will be at Arsenale Nord in Venice from 6 to 29 November 2026, with works by 120 artists from different countries. I will go to the opening and also to the dismantling at the end.
Taking part costs money: shipping the print, flights, a train and a place to stay. I am an independent artist and I am trying to cover these costs with the help of friends and people who like my work. The goal is 2500 euro.
Before the exhibition I will print a small photo album of this project for exibitions. At the end there will be a thank-you page with the names of everyone who helped (only if you want your name there). If I receive money from other funds, the extra will go to printing the album.
Thank you for reading, and for any help. I will share news from Venice on Instagram: @theatrical_hunt
