I've been a coffee professional since 2008. Since then I've been gaining knowledge by making all the mistakes, figuring out why they were mistakes, and figuring out WHY the solutions worked. I've been a barista, a trainer, a technician, a manager, a GM, and a roaster. Currently I'm roasting for Roseline Coffee. The role I have the most passsion for is being a trainer, because I love sharing my knowledge so that someone can gain a skill that will allow them to get a job anywhere in the world.
