Über the alleycat
4 Years ago I set up the alleycat, Inverness's first and only fully vegan eatery. Our lease is due for renewal at the end of April 2022 and due to increases in utilities and ingredient costs it looks like I am going to have to pack it in, leaving inverness veganless once again. In a last ditch effort to keep the business alive I am hoping to raise enough money to purchase the building from my landlord mitigating the price increases.
