Introduction

Hello! 🌞 Welcome to The Alba Cross, and to our first post! We are so excited to share the beginning of our adventure and the launch of our platform, where we hope to share the highs and lows of our journey, as well as all the great things we learn along the way! 📚

This expedition is the product of our passion for the outdoors and looking after the world around us, as well as a desire to make knowledge more accessible to a wider, more diverse audience.

Beginning in September, tavelling from hometown to hometown, we will cross from Ullapool to Stonehaven - swimming, cycling, kayaking, hiking, and canoeing! Our route takes us through various land owning entities, both private and community-owned, to showcase the way land is managed and how communities are engaged. 🌱🌻

Along with our great team we hope to produce a series of both adventure and land-focused films, as well as our first podcast chapter! We will release our route as we go along, and would love for some of you to join us along the way!
