Blazing out!

Jul 27, 2026

There’s a special kind of internal debate that only happens at 6:00 AM on a Phoenix Summer morning.

You wake up, glance at the weather app, and realize it’s already pushing 92 degrees before the Sun is fully up. The bed is comfy. The AC is humming. Going outside feels like opening an oven door just to see what's cooking.

“Maybe tomorrow,” you tell yourself.

But then you see your board, fully charged and ready. The urge for fresh air—and icy caffeine in your veins wins out.

So, you gear up, grab your helmet, and roll out anyway.

The second the tire hits the asphalt, the doubt instantly vanishes. Floating through the quiet, empty streets while the rest of the world is still asleep is pure magic. The morning air might be warm, but the breeze from the ride keeps you cool, and the golden hour light hitting the desert is unmatched.

By the time you roll up to the coffee shop, grabbing that ice-cold drink with the hum of the board under your feet, you realize there’s nowhere else you’d rather be.

It’s always a battle to step out the door on those brutally hot mornings. But without fail, the moment you drop the nose and start carving, you’re so damn glad you did.

Tysm for another coffee. Now, if only my ice wouldn’t melt so dang fast, we might get more ride time. 😅
