I am a developer and use mainly C#. One of my biggest projects is Starlight (formerly SR2E). It's a mod for the game Slime Rancher 2 by Monomi Park. The mods adds lots of features like a modding API, a mod menu, a cheat menu, a console with commands, a save file fixer, etc.
