MEENAKSHI (Marla Joy) began her journey at 19 in India….living on an ashram and learning the Spiritual Arts. She developed herself as a Yoga Instructor, and became a Studio Owner, (EST 1997) and travelled internationally as a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Sacred Musician for many years. Through various studies she honed in on Spiritual Coaching to support Humanity through their transformation process.
She supports and guides people using various techniques of meditation, breathing, movement and sound, Karmic Readings, Light Weaving Activations, and Spiritual Coaching sessions...tailored exactly to each person and their own special Frequency!She is a gifted musician and has composed and recorded over 5 CD’s (www.swaha.ca)
