The suggestion most often given to people who are having site speed issues is to move to a better host.
I have tried hundreds and there has only been that I liked enough to reccomend to others. Rocket.net
You can test them out for $1 for 30days with no contract, no price switching and no price increase after your first term. You don't even have to sign up for a term to test them out!
So, seriously. If you want your Wordpress/Woocommerce site to break speed records give them a try. I would appreciate it if you used my link: https://rocket.net/?ref=Philtech&tap_s=3838683-13bec7
