Hello! At Imagineer, we're passionate about people and community! We spend a lot of our time creating content to help people to understand about their rights, promote inclusion and equality, help people to navigate the Health and Social Care system, and to encourage people, communities and organisations to work together in a more inclusive and welcoming way for all citizens. One of the key ways we do this is through providing information and resources about Support Brokerage and Person Centred Planning- a wonderfully individual way of designing a life that works well for you and your family. We talk a lot about Self Directed Support- this really just means that you are taking control of decisions about how you are supported and how you want to live. A lot of the content we create is free to access.
