• One personalized response focused on the problem you submit: a written explanation, short recorded response, wording you can use, or a simple plan or visual, depending on what helps most.

HOW IT WORKS

After purchasing, answer the question attached to your order with one problem in up to 500 words. Use roles instead of names and leave out confidential records. Your response will arrive through your order within 24 hours after payment and a complete submission have been received. If essential information is missing, Brian will contact you.

One brief follow-up question about the same response is included if sent within seven days. New problems and full projects require a separate purchase or agreement.

CANCELLATIONS AND DELIVERY

Cancel before work begins for a refund. If Brian cannot fulfill the promised response, you can choose a refund or an agreed revised delivery time. After delivery, contact Brian through your order with any concern about what was promised.
