I’m the Tattooed Beekeeper, a South Florida beekeeper specializing in LIVE honey-bee removal and relocation.

When honey bees move into vases, birdhouses, boxes, walls, sheds, trees, or other unwanted locations, I work to remove and relocate the colony without killing the bees whenever possible.

But every rescue creates a new challenge:

I’m currently receiving calls about honey-bee colonies established in unwanted containers and structures. I need to move these colonies into proper hive boxes with frames so they can continue growing, producing honey, and pollinating our community.

My long-term goal is to acquire property where rescued honey-bee colonies can have a permanent home. I want to build a Honey Bee Sanctuary where unwanted colonies can be relocated instead of destroyed. A place where rescued bees can continue doing what they do best: Pollinating. Producing honey. Rebuilding colonies. Supporting our local ecosystem.
