[Civ VI] New Modded Civilization: Khorasan

The latest civilization is Khorasan. the land immediately east of the Iranian Plateau. Described as 'the land where the sun rises' by the Achaemenids, the region of Khorasan has morphed over thousands of years to include much of Sistan and Afghanistan, effectively absorbing everything north of Balochistan's coast, or Makran, and south of the great city of Samarkand. Khorasanians are most certainly a Persianate people and have been so since the triumph of Islam in the region. Will you take Abu Muslim's governorship to new heights as Khorasan?
