I'm the person behind Tarbell, a simple app that helps people on tirzepatide pens get more from every pen and keep more money in their pocket.

These pens aren't cheap, and most people don't realise that a four dose pen can stretch further if you count the clicks. I wanted a way to do that properly, without the maths or the guesswork, so I built one. Tarbell tells you exactly how many clicks to take for your dose and shows you, in real numbers, how much you're saving every week, every month and every year.

As it grew, I added the things I wished I'd had earlier in my own journey: a chart of how much medicine is in your system, and a weight tracker that shows what each pound you've lost has actually cost you. It keeps no accounts and shows no adverts, and everything stays private on your phone.
