Hey, 👋 I'm Tangia Renee.

I'm a wellness and podcast blogger, coach, and digital content strategist.

I create digital content that helps women move from stressed and in constant self-doubt to confident, healthy, and happily living life on their terms.

Based in Denver, Colorado

As host and producer of That's What She Did Podcast, I talk with womxn leaders, innovators, and rebels you probably don't already know. In short, I amplify the voices of brilliant womxn. By highlighting the stories of impactful womxn across all spectrums, I curate impactful womxn who are actively changing the world and inspiring our listeners to do the same.

Over on Wellness Confidential Podcast, I support women on their wellness journeys to embrace healthy habits, feel powerful and confident in their own bodies, and show them they are not alone in their mental, emotional and physical health challenges by share expert tips, creative hacks, and connecting them with thought leaders and experts in the wellness field.

I share much of my work for free online, so if you like my content, it would mean a lot for you to support me by buying me a coffee ☕️ (Vanilla lattes & hot chocolate are my favorite 😉).

I'm also the co-founder of BIPOC Podcast Creators, an online community for people who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), created with the goal of amplifying the voices of BIPOC people in the podcasting industry by helping them create sustainability through connection to resources and opportunities that grow their impact in media.

Thank you, I wholeheartedly appreciate your support!
