One of my birthday goals is to improve my piano playing 🎹

...What have I learnt over the past 40 years?
I will try to do things that give me purpose and meaning in life, even if it means sacrifice and pain in the short term.
I won't neglect my health
I will focus on the issues in my family and immediate community first before trying to solve the world's problems.
I will eat whole foods and get outside as often as I can
These are the things that are improving my wellbeing and happiness.
Am I exactly where I want to be in life?
Hell no! 😆
But I think at 40 years old, I'm starting to understand what's actually important to me.
So today I'll be spending time with by beautiful daughters and my wonderful wife, who inspire me, lift me up and give the best cuddles.
I don't drink much these days, but let me raise my hot beverage and salute my fellow 40 year olds!
