About Talan Skeels-Piggins
I am paralysed from the chest down and am trying to sail around Great Britain in the summer of 2024. I want to show others that sailing is still an option that is open to you, despite having a physical impairment. The yacht is NOT being adapted, so the circumnavigation will be done in a number of short 'hops' around the coast. In addition I want to raise money for two charities: Disabled Sailors Association and BLESMA.
