I'm Brendon, the man behind TIME 2 LIVE AGAIN.

T2LA started in August 2024 as a second act. A career reset, a blank page, and a stubborn belief that a man can be well-read, well-dressed and well-fed without being precious or toxic about it. Rugged luxury. Tudor and Montblanc are favoured, a thirteen-year-old BMW, boots with creases and patina but conditioned.

Everything you read here is mine. The Bond pieces, the whisky/wine notes, the watch write-ups, the kit that's actually been worn and the dining to fuel all of this. This is not outrage for clicks, no listicles written by someone who's never held the thing they're recommending. These are honest takes, from a "yank" with a good story in South Wales who cares far too much about all of this. And looking after people, but there's no such thing as caring too much about that...

So, that means no team, no ad network telling me what to cover, and no race to the bottom. I work with contractors on occasion, but we have partners, no staff. So...

It also means the coffee is on you, if you're so inclined. A cup buys another late night at the keyboard, another bottle worth writing about, another book read properly with a glass in hand.
