This HDRI captures the quiet charm of a snow-covered countryside, reminiscent of a remote European village in winter. 🏔️❄️
Snow blankets the ground thickly — enough to slide a sled down a gentle slope, but not quite a ski resort.
Scattered around are cozy single-story cottages and vacation homes, showing a humble, lived-in character. 🏡🌨️
The surroundings feel natural yet lightly managed: white-barked trees stand tall, piles of resilient grass peek through the snow, and small details hint at human presence without feeling polished or luxurious. 🌲✨
Above it all, the sky forms a soft gradient of gray and muted dark blue, dotted with fluffy clouds, casting a serene, subdued light over the quiet village. ☁️🌌

🌅 The difference between each version lies in how much blur is applied below the horizon.
💭 You might be wondering — why offer versions with a blurred bottom at all?
That’s because in most scenes, you’ll probably cover the ground with a separate plane anyway.
However, when the lower part of the HDRI remains sharp and visible before you add that plane, it can sometimes feel a bit distracting or cluttered. 🌨️
🎨 Personally, I like to switch between them depending on the scene —
sometimes I enjoy the slightly blurred version, other times the sharp one,
and occasionally, I go for the fully blurred look.
Since everyone has different preferences, I decided to provide all three versions so you can choose what suits your scene best. ☺️✨
