☕ Hi, I’m building RooSuk
Most of us only think about our health once a year, at the check-up. Then the results go into a drawer and we forget them. I built RooSuk to turn health into a small daily habit and to keep all your health information in one place.
What is RooSuk?
RooSuk (รู้สุข, roughly “knowing well-being”) is an AI personal health app. You do a one-minute check-in each day and take photos of your meals and lab results. The AI then summarises and explains what it sees. There is nothing to install, because it runs in the web browser. You can also add it to your home screen like an app.
RooSuk never diagnoses. It summarises, explains trends and helps you prepare questions for your doctor. Your doctor decides.
What you can do
✅ A 5-tap daily check-in. Log sleep, energy, mood, activity and food. You get a health score, 3 simple tasks for the day and your streak.
📸 Scan your food. Use a photo, a barcode, your voice or the dish names to get approximate nutrients. You always review the result before saving it.
🧪 Scan blood tests. Upload a photo or a PDF. RooSuk pulls out the values for you to check and charts them over time.
💬 Ask AI and the AI Health Agent. Ask about your own health data, get a summary of your month, prepare for a doctor’s visit or set reminders.
🎯 Health goals you choose. Pick sleep, brain and focus, long-term conditions or weight. You get a daily program, plus weekly meal ideas and activity plans that leave out your allergies and respect your body’s limits. Weight goals have safety rules built into the app.
📈 Your history in one place. A health timeline, a monthly report you can export as PDF, and a private vault for lab results, prescriptions and vaccines.
🪪 Health Passport. Share an expiring link or QR code with your doctor, and choose exactly which sections they can see.
⌚ Wearables and Apple Health. Bring in your device data, with a separate consent for each source.
💊 Talk to a pharmacist online by video. You also get a liver health check and a one-time identity check.
🛒 Shop near you. Buy supplements and medicine from partner pharmacy branches. Pick up in store or have it delivered, and pay by PromptPay. There are also smart vending machines.
👨👩👧 Family plan, challenges and badges. These reward showing up, never weight, body shape or calories.
🌏 Thai and English, with dark mode. Notifications arrive in the app and on LINE.
Your data is yours
You give separate consent for each kind of data, in line with Thailand’s personal data protection law (PDPA).
You can download or delete everything at any time.
