When I have been booked for a speaking engagement, the contract almost always includes the purchase of a set of my workbooks for the participants.

I get excited for the lucky people to not only have the workbook, but to start on it as soon as possible. The problem that comes up often is whether or not they should use pen or pencil to complete the workbook.
I use pencil and many others use ink pens. We are torn and need help suggestion the best option for the managers that bring me to their businesses.
What do suggest we recommend for a workbook? Pen or pencil?
