I've spent 20+ years preparing sailboats for ocean voyaging. I worked alongside ocean voyagers and maritime experts, and spent 3 years under the tutelage of a renowned ocean voyager. During that time I had direct experience with the fit out of his sailboat for crossing oceans. I've been on the water nearly all my life and worked on both commercial and sport fishing boats.
