background in mechanical engineering and data science. for the last five years i've been helping organizations figure out how to deploy AI so it actually helps them — which in practice means running workshops, sorting through which use cases are real and which ones only look good in a deck, and building the systems that make the whole thing stick. the gap between proof-of-concept and something people actually use is where most of the interesting problems live.

AGI is probably 18 months away. i find myself thinking a lot about what that means for how organizations are built and what a single person with the right setup can actually do. exploring that on X.
