As a neurodivergent babe myself, I spent literal decades trying to follow neurotypical, abled advice for productivity and systems. But it never stuck. Everything changed when I stopped shaming myself for being different and started building systems that met me where I was. That’s when my productivity soared, and business started to feel way more easeful. I want that for you 🙂‍↕️

My approach includes acceptance over judgment, satisfaction and ease, authenticity over perfection – with loads of experimentation and play. Shame has never helped anyone thrive, and I believe that productivity can actually be FUN if you don’t take yourself too seriously 😉

I’ve spent almost 15 years in operations, customer service, and admin at startups and small businesses – including my own – so I’ve seen what works and what burns neurodivergent folks out. I bring all of that experience to the table – plus an insatiable curiosity that keeps me learning and trying new shit 🔬
