I am an Irish sea kayak coach, environmental advocate and Canoeing Ireland Bridge the Gap Ambassador. I have paddled in Ireland, Norway, Iceland, the UK, Greece and Italy. A shoulder replacement curtailed my paddling in 2025/26 but I am back on the water and aiming to return to long-distance paddling in 2027.
