Hi friends! I’m Chris (Ms. J), an educator of 11 years who is currently on a year of unpaid leave to explore new creative and professional paths. For over a decade, teaching Spanish has been at the heart of my life, and now I’m giving myself the space to discover what else I can build from home styling and staging, to tutoring, dance, event coordination, and social media projects.

This journey isn’t just about me “trying things out”, it’s about seeing how creativity, culture, and community can come together in meaningful ways. What I learn along the way will either enhance the classroom when I return, or guide me toward a new path that’s still deeply fulfilling and connected to others.
