I designed this prompt to cover one of the requests I have been getting a lot lately which is to provide quick & robust perspectives on potential AI POC's for workshop evaluation. Also increasingly clients want to understand the Human AI relationship and so I have embedded some foundational UX principles in the proposed design.

I have underlined the sections to change for your specific context.

Also you will notice some reference to 'Ask Perplexity', this is because I run Perplexity via Claude MCP. You can run this prompt in either Claude or Perplexity and it works great consistently. Perplexity Labs even better.

  • Client: Major Bank with substantial economic and behavioural survey datasets

  • Strategic Goal: Leverage proprietary behavioural research assets to drive financial literacy engagement across demographics while building long-term customer lifetime value and market differentiation

  • Core Challenge: Bridge the gap between rich behavioural economics insights and actionable, engaging financial education experiences for digitally native users

  • Value Focus: Target outcomes of New Product Market Entry, Revenue Growth (customer acquisition and lifetime value), and Improved Customer Experience (financial literacy and engagement)

  • Competitive Context: Differentiate from traditional banking apps and emerging fintech competitors through behavioural science-driven personalization.

In this first iteration YOU MUST ONLY focus on developing the artifacts as listed below. You must follow each of the requests step by step.

Once you have completed Stage 1 then you must ask the user whether they require any updates before proceeding to Stage 2.

Stage 1 Research: You must create each of the below requests as a specific artifact.

Artifact 1 Market Analysis: Ask Perplexity to develop a market product analysis for behavioural science-based AI applications that focus conceptually on either life coaching, tutoring/teaching and which have very gamified and engaging user experiences. Prepare your report with the headings listed below:

  1. 5 Example Use Cases

  2. Timeline for Growth & Disruption

  3. Scope for Impact

  4. Failure Stories and lessons learned

  5. Revenue Model Frameworks

  6. User Acquisition Playbook

Artifact 2 AI Applications & Use Cases Overview Slide Deck: Ask Perplexity to source examples of real-world similar AI applications with sources and an overview of their capabilities. Format each use case on one slide. Each slide should present the following.

  1. Overview of Capabilities

  2. Potential Benefits

  3. Ease of Implementation

  4. Key Design Considerations

Artifact 3 Research Concept Map: Ask Perplexity to source and then develop a map of the most important research concepts, design considerations and technology capabilities prevalent in these examples including; AI, behavioural science, and social impact.

You must create a 4*4 matrix to display the concepts following this formatting.

  • Quick Wins - High Value Low Effort (Top Left)

  • Major Concepts - High Value, High Effort (Top Right)

  • Avoid or Minimise - Low Value, High Effort (Bottom Right)

  • Nice to Have - Low Value, Low Effort (Bottom Left)

You must also format by Size i.e. the more valuable or complex then the larger the concept on the map.

Stage 2 Scoping & Solution Design: You must create each of the below requests as a specific artifact.

Artifact 4 Behavioural Science Framework: Ask Perplexity to find the core behavioural science frameworks suitable for this solution. Develop a report that summarises the core behavioural science pathways to consider designing into the AI application.

Artifact 5, 6 & 7 Decision Trees: Taking the outputs from Artifact 4, the behavioural science pathways, develop 3 separate artifacts as decision trees.

Artifact 8 Target State Process Flow: Develop an example target state process flow for how this end to end AI Application would work.

  • You must include an explanation regarding the high-level data and AI requirements to drive a successful AI outcome.

Artifact 9 Experience Design; Experience Design focuses on a user’s emotion and engagement when using the AI. For an AI design there are 4 experience design considerations that must be considered to deliver engaging AI: Sensation, Trust, Satisfaction & Control. Here are some examples of User Experiences.

•        "Sometimes the AI feels intrusive and distracts me from my goals"

Leveraging your responses to the how might we statements listed below for this AI application; you must present the features and capabilities you would add to the AI solution design to ensure each of these are covered.

  1. Sensation: How might we (HMW) design AI's that delivers a personable and intuitive experience?

  2. Trust: How might we (HMW) design AI’s that ensure users feel that the outputs are trustworthy? Should this specific AI's come with confidence labels against the outputs?

  3. Satisfaction: How might we (HMW) design AI that supports users feeling of accomplishment? Could we gamify the AI to congratulate users?

  4. Control: How might we (HMW) design AI that provides users with controls over what the AI does with guided pathways or pre-emptive users prompts?

Artifact 10 Human Machine Interaction Design:  Human Machine Interaction Design focuses on the concept of discoverability or in other words designing an AI that users know how to intuitively use. For an AI Solution design there are 5 interaction design considerations that must be considered to deliver usable AI; the Human-AI Relationship, Signals, Constraints, Mappings and Feedback.

Leveraging your responses to the how might we statements listed below for this AI application; you must present the features and capabilities you would add to the AI Solution Design to ensure each of these are covered.

  1. Human AI Relationship: How might we (HMW) design AI which is multimodal, where capabilities are supportive and personalised?

  2. Signals: How might we design AI’s that present signals of interaction and which can observe motion, gestures and reactions?

  3. Constraints: How might we design AI that is clear and confident in its limitations and boundaries, i.e. accuracy levels and provide alternative guidance?

  4. Mappings: How might we help users understand an AI's conceptual model?

  5. Feedback: How might we design AI's that request and respond to user feedback transparently?

Artifact 11 Full End to End Process Design: Combine artifacts 8, 9 and 10 into a new artifact so that User Experience, AI Requirements and Data requirements in the same flow.

Artifact 12 MVP: Taking all the solution design outputs so far build me an MVP solution design at EPIC Level.

Artifact 13 Create a set of Prompts for a Midjourney Storyboard: For each of the 3 key opportunities identified leverage the following Midjourney Best Practices to Generate Text to Image Storyboard Prompts

  • You must maintain consistent style for within each storyboard image and between separate storyboards.

  • You must prioritize important elements: Place the most crucial aspects of your image at the beginning of the prompt. Midjourney tends to give more weight to earlier words.

  • You must balance detail and brevity: While details are important, avoid overwhelming the prompt with too much information. Aim for a prompt that's comprehensive yet concise.

  • You must specify lighting and color: Be explicit about the lighting conditions and color palette you want. For example "Bathed in soft, diffused sunlight with a muted pastel color scheme" gives clear direction.

  • For each storyboard you must leverage the same cultural and historical references: Mentioning specific art movements, time periods, or cultural styles can help anchor your image in a particular aesthetic but it will need to be consistent across the opportunity.

  • You must be specific and descriptive: Instead of using generic terms, opt for more precise language. For example, rather than "big tree," say "towering oak with gnarled branches."

  • You must use sensory language: Incorporate words that evoke the five senses. Describe textures, sounds, or even implied motion to make your image more vivid.

  • You must create sequential text to image prompts for a storyboard

Artifact 14 Create a Lovable Prompt to Prototype: For this AI Behavioural Coaching App you must provide a highly structured, step by step and scaffolded prompt for Lovable that creates the user interface and brings the user experience to life

  • You must only create a prototype User Interface & Experience which is clickable.

  • You must follow the best practice steps below, ensuring to leverage the existing artifact collateral from our Claude project.

  • You must define the user context first: Always start by clearly specifying who the end user is, their role, technical skill level, and primary objectives. This ensures Lovable builds solutions that match actual user capabilities and needs.

  • You must articulate the business problem before the technical solution: Begin with the specific business challenge, pain point, or opportunity you're addressing. Let Lovable understand the "why" before jumping into the "how" of the application.

  • You must specify the core user journey explicitly: Describe the primary workflow or user journey step-by-step, including key decision points, data inputs, and expected outcomes. This helps Lovable structure the application logic correctly.

  • You must balance feature complexity with POC & MVP principles: Request essential features first, then specify which advanced capabilities can be added later. Use MoSCoW prioritization language (Must have, Should have, Could have, Won't have) in your prompts.

  • You must define data requirements and sources upfront: Clearly specify what data the application needs, where it comes from, how it should be structured.

  • You must create the dummy data to enable the prototype to work in Lovable effectively, maybe this includes an upload conversation.

Artifact 15 Appendix: In the Appendix please ensure all sources regarding any statistics, regulations, frameworks are referenced and linked.
