Peace and love

The world is falling apart,

Where do we even start?

There are wars going on,

What on earth is going on?

Why should anyone have an atomic bomb?

But it's missiles and rapid gunfire,

Over territory rights, but the truth is a misfire, change is ceasefire.

Corruption is the explosion , and it's a march of lies and false hope and promises as politicians stay polished and shiny in the cabinet, cancel culture silent advocates.

Primetime entertainment, blame so apparent, unpleasant adolescent narcissism at its best,

Panic and hysteria spreading worse than malaria.

The cost of living has gone way up, can't even afford to fill your car up to go to work.

We're all just trying to keep our heads above the choppy waters

As we watch billionaire globetrotters

But money doesn't just disappear; it can only circulate, so where did it all go?

But welcome to the show,

The show of malnourished.

A thousand for a flat a month, and it's not even furnished.

Cold homes giving people respiratory diseases or even worse, death.

Forcing debt on people, having nothing left.

Children are going to bed cold, hungry, and without hope.

Everyone is at the end of their rope.

There is violence and crime, human trafficking, racism at an all-time high.

If the world had a pronoun, it would be prejudice.

Anything good is a nemesis.

It's like a modern-day Gotham, but there's no bat light, no dark knight coming to save the night.

And let's get on social media and throw virtual knives at each other until we are all stabbed in the back, but the matter of fact is we would never say to the avatars face in real life.

Revenge is a waste of time; an eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.

No wonder we don't know where we are going, and TV shows will get on to embarrassing and humiliating you, so it's not boring, but ruining life’s! with no regard for your well-being. Mental health

Is this hell?

So it begs the question, what are we to do?

I mean, how do we change the world? Well, it starts with me, it starts with you.

We, one by one, pick up the falling pieces and treat others with love, dignity, and like they're masterpieces. And we let love be the explosion, and freedom and equality are spokesmen. Marching for peace and truth, and speaking up for the voiceless, so everybody has the same opportunities, options, and choices. Let's go to work on ourselves, do the deep work, and learn to love ourselves. We can't feed the hungry if we are starving. There is another war starting, but we will fight back with love and not hate, because this love is a revolution. Fully living out life as humans, because the biggest cost is not to live; the real crisis is to be awake but never really live your life. Be open and vulnerable and get rid of pride. Be a link in the chain, selfless, unselfish, looking out for others, aiming for friendship, family, and community over likes, riches, and fame. The color of all our blood is the same; let's use the end of the rope to help others up. We can warm hearts and homes with hugs and love.
