Finally, after 20 years Dance With My Father is released as a single. No promo, no fanfare no marketing. I really don’t have much to say. After losing my dad in August 2024 I have not been very motivated and have struggled to sing. He was such a big part of my career. From introducing me to songwriter Alan Glass to coming to all my gigs large or small.
I never had a problem singing in an empty pub as my dad would always be sitting there with his half a pint proudly admiring me sing his favourite songs.
This is for you Pop.
A big thank you to all those who have had faith in me - I do feel like I still have more to offer.
I will be releasing the rest of the album before Christmas x
