1 Mile Up Software is a one-man studio led by Steve Barber in Denver, Colorado, focused on retro-inspired games, creative entertainment software, classic pixel art, electric sound, warm music, and old-school craftsmanship. I tend to build at the atomic level, right down to the pixel and byte, with a hands-on engineer’s approach shaped by the brute-force, straight-line procedural spirit of the 90s.
