Buy Steph Langdon a coffee

Hi! I'm first & foremost a mom & wife (by choice & circumstance). I am educated as a dietitian, recently self published my first children's book & have become an advocate for early detection of breast cancer (as a survivor myself). I love volunteering at my children's school & have loads of ideas & resources I'd love to share with the world. I also previously created WhatRDsDo.com to help dietitians & others see all that we're capable of. I'm currently working on a new blog (https://stephlangdon.blogspot.com/) and have more ideas in mind for the future, so keep checking back. Thanks for dropping by. Cheers!
