Hello,
I’m stefan; a husband, father, brother, fighter, survivor and 'striver'.
I'm also an experienced senior leader, an executive coach with over twenty years of coaching experience and in 2018 made the decision, with my wife, to 'leave it all behind' and open what is now an award winning coffee house - The Freshwater Coffee House on the Isle of Wight.
In 2021 I returned to the world of professional coaching; using my skills and experience to help great people deliver great things in a number of arenas including:
