My creative work includes two YouTube channels, two podcasts, Insight Timer recordings and other storytelling and self-development projects — from children's stories, fairy tales, songs and affirmations to calming audio, positive thoughts and gentle moments for adults.

I've been a teacher on Insight Timer since 2019, where I create recordings and offerings for both children and adults.

Everything I create is made with the hope that it will help someone relax, smile, learn something new, feel encouraged or simply enjoy a happy little moment. 💛
