I wrote about sleep the other week and I was advising a client with this tactic that I forgot to add for you.

Sometimes we have the "I have to sleep" because we know we have something on the next morning or we need to get up early.

I want you to now say "I challenge myself to stay awake for as long as possible."

See how you go with that one.
