Hey 👋 I have created a page to bring you my SOPs.

SOP- Stuart's Operating Procedures

(a wee nod to my time served with Police Scotland)

Here you will find my take on all things Life Coaching and I want to share this with you as I know that this CAN and WILL help you in some way or an other.

It includes my work on Thinking & Behaviour for YOU as an individual and I have found that it helps greatly with parenting and leadership and management skills.

I am a qualified and experienced practitioner in N.L.P., Hypnotherapy/Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Life Coaching and Reiki.

My WHY is to bring this amalgamation of therapies to all, so that no one is unable to be helped due to financial disparity.

The membership options will give you access to my course for a low financial commitment with the option to top up if required.

Specific fixes and therapies will still require 1:1 sessions.
If you like what you see then please feel free to "buy me a coffee" or just enjoy the free content.

It's a pleasure to have you with me.

Stuart
