The past week (heck, past TWO weeks) has been hectic and non-stop. Family visiting, friend visiting, group activities....it's been A LOT! Every moment of it was amazing though....but now, I'm tired, lol. Today the weather is blah, but in a good way. It's cloudy. It's windy. It's the perfect temperature. I swear the older I get, the earlier I wake up. Alarm set for 6:30am never got a chance to go off because at 5:42am I was wide awake. My body and mind get on this "oh no, don't oversleep because then The Kid will be late to school" and it doesn't shut off even for the weekends. Summer break starts in four days.....If my brain and body don't get over this school schedule I am gonna be pissed, lol. ...

I am stuck in the apartment today. Well, technically I can leave, but I choose to stay. They are coming to our building today to replace air filters and check smoke detectors and fire alarms.
