Woke up this morning to the end of a 7th grader. Tomorrow will wake up to an 8th grader. The Man and I decided a breakfast with a mimosa celebration was in order as parents, lol.
Parents, grandparents, anyone raising children - remember to celebrate their achievements but also remember to celebrate yours!! It takes A LOT to make it day to day as parents. These kids are HARD WORK! It is tiring. It is stressful. It is overwhelming. Don't forget to tell yourself how well you are doing! It is a thankless job so make sure you THANK YOURSELF!!
