I'm a metallic silhouette shooter. I've stood on the firing line at 5am waiting for my name on a schedule that was scribbled on a whiteboard the night before. I've watched range managers spend their entire weekend hunched over laptops instead of enjoying the competition they organised. I've seen good people burn out from a job nobody signed up for.

That's what drives this. Not a business plan or a market gap — just the stubborn belief that the people who volunteer their weekends to run our sport deserve better tools than a spreadsheet and crossed fingers.

Every algorithm I implement, every feature I add, every bug I squash at midnight — it's because somewhere a range officer is about to spend 40 hours doing something that should take 40 minutes. I build Squadding so they can spend that time doing what they actually love: shooting steel.
