Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has begun preparing for next season without Kylian Mbappe (25).
British media 'Cut Offside' reported on the 3rd (Korean time), "PSG will recruit Rafael Leao (24, AC Milan) as a replacement if Mbappe leaves the team in this summer transfer market."
Mbappe is currently considered one of the best strikers in the world. Since joining PSG in 2018, he has achieved world-class status with a total of 240 goals and 104 assists in 287 games.
He is performing outstandingly this season as well. Mbappe scored 28 goals and 6 assists in 27 games across all competitions. He was worthy of being classified as the best player in the world.
Despite his phenomenal performances, his future at PSG is uncertain. Despite his contract with PSG expiring in June, Mbappe has shown no interest in renewing his contract.
Real Madrid is being mentioned as a likely next destination. Real, who has been pursuing Mbappe's recruitment since 2022, plans to bring Mbappe in as a free agent this summer.
Even the specific conditions were revealed. Real is ready to persuade Mbappe by adding an annual salary of 15 million euros (about 21.5 billion won), a joining bonus of 60 million euros (about 86 billion won), and a 60% share of image rights.
