I have lived in solitude with the trauma that I have experienced, and it is really wonderful to hear from others who have experienced similar things or who have been able to build a life for themselves even with the trauma. I also appreciate all the insights into getting better. Finally, i appreciate that this podcast comes from the perpectivr of the survivor, and is not necessarily just another podcast by clinicians for clinicians.
