Several months after my son’s autism diagnosis (currently 4.5 YO) I started talking with autistic adults trying to understand his future main challenges. There are many. But unemployment and underemployment are definitely on the top of the list. The traditional hiring process and workplace can cause many autistics unnecessary stress, and many prefer to work from home. 

My mission is to enable that. Join me.
