Business is usually focused on cost effiency, but with Gift Tilapia Restaurant Boss, things were different. To keep their seafood fresh and delicious, they built ponds to rear their own fish & prawns. The reason is simple, They wanted to control the quality of the fish & prawns reaching their customers. Making sure that their seafood was always top-notch. Keeping the business going, constantly gathering feedback, and improving the menu takes a lot of hard work and dedication. It was a privilege 2 learn about a business that serves both other businesses(B2B) and regular customers(B2C). I truly admire the boss's courage and perseverance & I hope, I’ve managed to show how hard they work through my video.
