Über Tobias Buchter
Keeping digital sovereignty measurable is slow, unglamorous work.
SCOPE is an open framework at soversanity.ch: 12 dimensions, 5 maturity levels, 213 assessable criteria, each tied to evidence guidance and regulatory mappings. The regulation it maps to keeps moving (AI Act, Data Act, revised Swiss data protection law), vendors change their terms, and every criterion needs to be re-checked when they do.
The framework is free, published under CC BY-NC-SA, and runs with no accounts and no tracking. It is maintained by one person in spare time. If it has been useful to you, a coffee helps cover hosting and buys an hour of review time for the next content pass.
