Nurture your soul by joining our monthly online Soulcare MKE community gathering! Together, we will practice contemplative prayer and engage in conversation related to nurturing our spiritual growth. Gatherings will be held at Noon and 5:15 PM (CST) on every Third Thursday and last for 45 minutes.

a Community of Care and Love for our Souls.

Hi! I'm Laura, the founder and Spiritual Care provider of Soulcare MKE LLC. I'm a lover of the experience of the human soul.

Our souls are what bring us life. They are our distinct inner light that shines forth into the world. They are an expression of God's divine creativity, each one completely unique, Loved into being.

Our souls can also ground us, console us, and invite us towards depth, growth, and wonder.

Consider: a monthly Letter of Love, free and available for all.

Hearkening back to my much-loved early days of letter writing to penpals from across the globe, later letters to my geographically distant friends from summer camp, letters during my college years to my dearest ones over summer break, and finally the autumnal practice of writing Letters of Love to my beloved students as they embarked on their Senior Retreat, it is my hope to send you, the emerging Soulcare MKE community, a monthly Letter of Love. These letters will be filled with:

snippets of daily happenings;

things I'm thinking about, praying with, and practicing in my own Soulcare; and

my wishes and longings for you.

It is my hope that these letters will be an offering, an entry-point, for you to Consider new ways of caring for your soul... soulcare.
