Before the pandemic I travelled the country raising awareness of mental health by telling the story of how I overcame my demons of self harm and suicide to finally love myself and life. In addition to doing these talks online  I’ve spent the past year as a mental health support worker working with adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues.

My 1st book 'Not Today: How I Chose Life' was published in 2018 and I'm currently working on my second book about addiction and loss.
