I'm an apprentice in the ancient art of soul care.
I create a 360-degree healing space – one where your body and soul can unwind – and then listen, without judgment, as you share your story at the pace you're comfortable telling it.
As an herbalist, spiritual director, and health coach, I nourish body, spirit, and soul. I believe divine healing is a reality -- whether by using the herbs and foods God created for us, by friendship and laughter and music, by partaking in Sabbath rest, by miracles, by the Word and prayer, or simply by holding space for one another until peace blossoms.
I'm also a creator of custom handcrafted herbal healing blends.
