As a parent to three kids, I know firsthand how stressful and confusing introducing solid foods to a baby can be. The internet is full of conflicting information, and many good, comprehensive guides are locked behind paywalls.
I believe that science-based, practical information should be accessible to everyone, without ads and paywalls. That’s exactly why I created "First Bites" – it’s my passion and my contribution to other families, to make this special time in a child's life enjoyable, not full of worry. As I am a social worker in real life and no way related to creating websites, this is a challenge and has a huge learning curve for me. Any feedback is welcome!
