What to expect :

We'll all meet near NDK and split into cars. We'll drive for 1h to the starting point. The hike will take around 1-1,15h. Then we'll enjoy the sunset for 1h, and go back to the cars. We'll drop everyone off at NDK around 22:00.

The route is exceptionally easy and suitable for beginners as well as people with no previous hiking experience. We will follow pleasant forest trails with a gentle ascent, and our reward will be spectacular views of Sofia, Cherni Vrah, and the Kraishte mountain range. At the summit, we will have plenty of time to relax, take photos, and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the western horizon, painting the sky in beautiful shades of gold and pink.

Transport Coordination:

We will split into cars and drive to the starting point. If you are also driving and want to fit others into your car, let us know so we can add you to the logistics planning. If you don't have a car, don't worry – we'll plan to have enough spots for everyone.

Mountain Guide:

We will use our friend and professional guide from Balkan Hikes – Stanislav Popkostadinov – to help us in the mountains.
